i just bought 87 monte ss want to do ls project want to have it fuel injected
does anybody now if theres a way i can use oem fuel tank and if theres a in tank pump from some thing else that i can use close to that era that i can use the car is an un molested car i was wondering if any body has any ideas

Was the 87 originally fuel injected?
If so the existing fuel pump maybe used.

ive never seen one in ss but yea duh they had a 4.3 injected should be the same i want to try to use the 200 r to see what its li ke have any ideas on what to do with speedo or do i have to put in 4l80 do i have to to get a fuel tank with the baffel in it i dont want to change cluster to get speedo to workunless i have to thanks for striking light bulb with sending unit ive got a 5.3 with 30000 miles out of truck id like to use got any ideas with cam and heads trying to make a tire shreeder cheap any input would help thanks steve

Order a fuel tank and sender for an 86 Monte with 4.3 engine. They were injected. Keep the 200-4R and keep the stock speedometer. Do a lot of research and you'll find your answers. There is a g-body thread in the conversion section. Read ALL of it.
