Bought a set of ls1 injectors 0 280 155 811 for an lt1 project. When installed they seem to short, and the safety clips do not clip in. I bought them off ebay and they said they will work is this true?

the 811 will work with a lt1 if the clip grove is in the right place. we machine the proper clip spot in the injector. its 24 hr turn around and costs 50.00

Thanks I think I will be buying new injectors. They are on a supper charged 383 lt1 with efi connections ls1 coil on plug conversion and I think they will end up being way to small, even with duel feed rails and higher injector pressure. I got them cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks for the reply
