How many guys use fuel surge tanks?

How many guys use fuel surge tanks? Seems like a pretty good idea for guys that can't/don't want to hack the stock sending unit and need to move alot of uninterrupted fuel. i.e. forced induction/nitrous setups. Thoughts?
