Quick injector harness question

I'm changing connectors on an LS1 injection harness and I'm curious about the injector plugs. Of the two wires per injector doe it matter which one goes where? I don't want to wire the plugs backwards.

No it don't matter. However for consistency and ease of trouble shooting. I wired my set up, front all positive and rear all negative.
