Default Fuel pressure drops with key off

When I turn the key forward, pressure jumps to around 40psi. When I crank it up its between 58-60psi. 01 TRANS am. Ls3 intake with an aeromotive boost referenced FPR & return line. Pump is a Walbro 450. When I turn the key to the off position the fuel pressure slowly drops all the way back down to zero. The injectors are brand new FIC 850cc injectors. Car runs fine while idling, haven't drove it yet. Is this a problem??

Could be a leaking injector or regulator. Stock-style stuff should hold the pressure. Not 100% sure if the aftermarket stuff will hold pressure indefinitely but it seems it would for at least some period of time. There is also typically a check valve of sorts in the tank on the pump or pump assembly.
