Basically i need to upgrade the fuel delivery from a v6 to an ls1. What's the best way to go about this? Thanks.

I dunno what your situation is but when I did my swap back in September I had a donor car so I just changed out fuel rails, tank with the pump still in it and everything (needed a new tank anyway long story)...that was the easiest way I found just my $.02 though

Ok cool. I'm new to all this and I didn't know if it was the best route or what brand to go with for after market

It saves a lot of headache and it's easier that way cause the fuel lines are so different between the v6 and v8...good luck to you
