1996 Formula Fuel Pump Trap Door
Well after researching like mad on the trap door method I have finally tried it out on my Formula to replace my fuel pump. It was actually pretty easy to do and I recommend it if you don't want to drop your axle. I still need to cut a small rectangle on the upper left part to expose the disconnects. I will post more as I progress. This took about two hours since I was not clear on the spacing for the fuel lines.
Tools Used:
Chicago Oscillating Multi Tool with metal half-cut saw
Shop Vac
Safety Glasses
Big thanks to everyone who posted it here at this site since that is where I got the information from!!!!

Update:
Installed the new Delphi fuel pump and it still will not start. Rats. Suspect that the Fuel Pump relay is an issue, but have found conflicting information on where it actually is. Can anyone provide that location so I can replace it?
Thank you.
