Which ID2000's for LS3 Hi Ram intake?

Which ID2000's for LS3 Hi Ram intake? Hey guys, looking for the correct part number for a set of ID2000's to go in my Holley Hi Ram (LS3) intake. I looked and there are so many different part numbers, I'd appreciate it if someone who has already dealt with putting ID's in their hi ram could chime in. Also, did the fuel rail go in the upper or lower mounting position when you installed them? Thanks
