Default Lq4 swap in a 74 stepside bogging when under load.

Fuel pressure is 48 at idle only ramps up to 55 when you stomp on it? Fuel pump not providing enough fuel? Also if i unhook vacuum to regulator idles at 55 psi but doesnt ramp up. Just wondering peoples thoughts. This was a low budget swap. Ive done anything i can do myself myself. Going to be getting fuel cell to mount bewtween feame in the rear soon. Truck is daily driven currently just cant stomp on throttle can being it up slow andnis fine when in higher rpm range just cant stomp on it from a stop or if 4l80e is kicked down in od . Thanks again to anyone who gives thier 2 cents.

Stock LQ4 and regulator?

Have you tried leaving the vacuum line on the regulator unhooked while driving to see if it still does it.
