Replacing stock fuel pump
Hey everyone.
My car has sat mostly undriven for almost 4 years (I'm so sorry...) and the fuel pump is no longer working. I searched and found a lot of threads mentioning the Racetronix pump and "hot wire kit". Can anyone confirm that these two products below are what I'd need to buy to make this upgrade? The car is a 2000 Z28 with H/C/I making about 435 rwhp.
Pump -- http://www.racetronix.biz/itemdesc.a...2D001B&eq=&Tp=
Wiring Kit -- http://www.racetronix.biz/customkiti...=FPWK-017W&eq=
I'm also wondering if there are any writeups about dropping the tank. I'd prefer to not cut the floor with the trap door method, though I know at least three people will tell me its the only way to go... I've got plenty of time to work with so I'd like to drop the tank. Thanks!
