What injectors come as standard on US LS-1s, and how do they measure up?

Depending on the year either 26# or 28# injectors. They work well in stock applications and moderately modded setups.

i believe it goes 98 - 28lb, 99/00 - 26lb, 01/02 - 28lb, and as he said^, they work well for stock or small mods
