Default Driving on new injectors

I am currently running a fuel management unit on my procharged car. I am installing 42# injectors. If I leave the FMU on until I get to the tuner (about 50 miles) with the new injectors in will the car be OK? I would of course not be going into boost.

Default

Drive it to him on the old injectors and make the swap at the tuners shop.
