Default Fuel system questions..

I have the dual walbro pumps now and I have been told I need to get high flo rails and regulator. I am pushing right at 76psi max on a mechanical gauge with the stock rails.

My question is what would be a good choice for a fuel pressure regulator?

Thanks guys!

I second the use of the Aeromotive 13101, it works very well. Bob

i think you should try some fuel injectors first if you have a lean condition that all that fuel pressure is not able to overcome

I have SVO 42# now and I dont show a lean condition on the dyno, the fuel rails will just be a safety precaution. I was also told I was overpowering the factory regulator and at the edge of overpowering the injectors at the 76psi.

If im going to get an aftermarket regulator, I might as well go the rest of the way and finish the system.

Thanks for the help guys!

i gotcha now.. i was just trying to make sure someone wasnt trying to sell u something just to sell you something

while i still dont think you need rails at your hp level.. if your stock regulator isnt 'regulating' then i agree you should at least replace it, if not upgrade to the one that speed inc. sells. everyone has good luck with those. if you are going over say 650-700rwhp in the future then you might as well get the rails and run a larger pressure line.
