How is the pump mounted, if its mounted solid to metal eg no rubber between the pump and metal it will buzz like a king bee.

If its got rubber insulated around it then thats the pump, live with it.

I think its mounted solid though?

Most all high flow aftermarket pumps make alot of noise... Just one of the things you get used to in your quest for speed.

1)Is it a new pump or used?
2)Are you pulling gas to the pump by having the pump mounted above the tank or is it below the tank?
3) Do you have good voltage to the pump?

If you do not have a controller for the pump that would be what I would do first. This will save you headaches from the pump noise and the pump failing at a later date. If this is a street car I would not run the pump without one. Also make sure you have the right filter on the inlet side. You can read about this on the Aeromotive site.
