can the 1999 fuel tank be droped without a lift?

Default can the 1999 fuel tank be droped without a lift?

like the title says i am going to try to install a racetronic fuel pump kit my self and i am curious if i need a lift to drop the tank or not or if i should just take it somehwere to put the pump in?

Not lift needed. Just jack up the back as high as you can and secure it good. I did it without any help.

I did mine when I installed the 12bolt. Just make sure you are near empty before you start. Much more than a quarter tank makes the job very awkward
