Default engine surge when stopping

when i am out driving my car it is a 95 formula when i slow to a stop the engine starts to surge like it is running short of fuel, and one time it actually quit out, what would be causeing that? here are my mods:

-2004 6.0L LS1 shortblock, freshed 4000 miles ago with new rings/bearings
-TEA stage 1.5 5.3L heads w/hand finishing
-222/224 cam on a 115 LSA (idles like stock)
-Comp cams 987 valvesprings
-Comp cams Ti retainers
-Z06 injectors
-Z06 clutch
-2001 T56 tranny
-4.10 gears
-hooker longtubes w/Y-pipe
-Corsa catback (stainless)
-adj PHB
-boxed LCA's
-LS1 front brakes w/new rotors


any help would be great thanks guys

IAC motor is one possibility. TPS or MAP sensor are another. just guesses in the wind, though without seeing the car in person.

You have no SES lights at all ? Id say it needs to be fine tuned with software like hp tuners or efi live.
