Default Racetronics Plug and Play=NO GO!!!!

Hey guys i ordered my racetronics plug and play system a couple months ago, and am just now getting around to getting it together. Well i have everything wired right, and i have the right pump and everything, but it just doesnt kick on. It wont pump any fuel, almost as if the pump was shot. I bought this system used from a member on the board so i guess it is a possibilty that the pump is no good, but what do you guys think?

Exclamation

If the used pump has been out of the tank for some extended period of time, it's likely the fuel in it has dried out, and the pump is locked up.....

I see this frequently on injs I clean/flow test....
