Default New pump, now car takes longer to start

I got the PnP kit from fullthrottlespeed and the racetronix harness and now my car is taking longer to start than usual. It starts up just fine when it does, but sometimes I have to stop cranking it and wait a second, then do it again. Anybody know what could be the problem?

Could be a small leak in your feed hose in the tank letting fuel from the lines back into the tank. Or possibly a bad check valve in the pump not holding pressure(rare)
