Is the 97 c5 vette rail the only rail that has the extra line for a return style fuel system?

I think the 98 had it also not sure. You could also contact (AZ power and sound) they sell the fitting to convert your rail to a return style.

97-98 regulator mounted on the rail.

99-mid 03 regulator in fuel filter

mid 03-current regulator in gas tank

ONLY the 97-98 Vettes not the F-Bodies. Or you could use a set of billet rails
