Injectors need to be cleaned?

Injectors need to be cleaned? So I am driving down the road and come to a redlight, of course, I stop. As I am sitting there, the car stalls. "wtf?" I start it back up, and the fuel pressure gauge is bouncing all over the place, between 20 lbs and 45 lbs. The car did sit all winter, and its tuned way rich. Maybe there was some gunk caught up in the injectors and its causing it to stall? I dont really know. I bought some fuel system cleaner that is supposed to clean everything, so after that, maybe itll be fixed. Anybody know what might be causing this? I plan on getting it re-tuned very soon. Could that be the one and only problem? A bad tune? HELP me please.
