When To udgrade Fuel system ?

When To udgrade Fuel system ? I used the injector size calculator in the sticky which said I needed 25lb/hr injectors. Im hoping to have 425 HP after the I install the 243's/Fast 78MM and regear to a 4.10. I have also been considering a small 100 shot, but havnt decided wet or dry yet. My question is, at what point do I need to start upgrading componets in the fuel system, and what do I need to get?
