Evap solenoid replacement

Evap solenoid replacement How do i get those gray plastic clips out of the line? My buddy while tapping the springs to make sure they were good and seated right, hit the evap and broke off the male part at the end that the line runs into the intake behind the TB. Any ideas, im trying to put the new one in and these have me stumped.
