75-80psi fuel pressure on LT1 with Aeromotive AFPR??
I recently installed a walbro 315lph fuel pump and the Aeromotive AFPR on my 94 z28. I also installed a gauge on the rail that i bought from Speed Inc.
When the car is running the gauge is jumping from 73-80 ish psi. so i backed out & turned in the adjuster screw on the FPR and it made no difference.. I took off the vaccum hose on the FPR and no fuel shot out so I know that the diaphram isnt blown.
Anybody have any sugguestions?
Thanks.

Maybe the return is not big enough for the volume you are running.
You'll need some one more informed than me to tell you if the return is sized correctly. Good luck with it.

UPDATE:-- I called aeromotive & they told me to back the vaccum nipple out of the FPR body a few turns. They said that if it is put in to far that it will bind on the spring causing the diaphram to be shut.
so - now im running proper fuel pressure but i have a Lean fuel system condition
