Default o-ring is kicking my a$$.

Its always the smallest part that kills you. Im having my *** handed to me because of one little o-ring. Its the light brown one inside the main fuel supply line. I've went through four of them. every time i go to push the line on to the fuel rail it has a hard time sliding on. Once i get it on , I turn the key... gas everywhere. I pull the line off the little bastard is ripped into two. Any tips...If all else fails im going to have to buy some aftermarket crap.
