24lbs pressure????

24lbs pressure???? I installed some new wheels on my C5 last night and when I went to start it up I had only 24lbs of pressure. I had to remove the Z06 rear brake ducts and I'm thinking I knocked a wire or something. I'm running the Racetronics kit.
I'll pull the wheel tonight and check it out.
Any thoughts?
