Default the most common fuel pump problems are???

Fuel pump before header install= good
Fuel pump after header install= not good

WTF??? Is there something common to the 93-97 Camaro/Firebird I could check? My car wont even start now. I turn the key and theres no sound of the fuel pump. Not even on the first try after sitting for a week or so.

The 25 - 35 rwhp you get (if that) with headers is not going to push you over the max limits of a stock pump if that's the only upgrade. I recall 400 -425 range is when it's time to upgrade the pump.

What is common however - is for the pump to fail in minutes if you run it low forcing the pump to cavitate and burn up (the pump stays cool because it is submersed in fuel). One city block on mty will burn the pump up.

The Racetronix Kit is hands down the best kit when upgrading and will support 500 and a little over - rwhp.
