Default fuel rails gains?

i am thinking about buying an ls6 intake from a friend with the FAST fuel rails hooked up to it. what are the advantages of fuel rails and are they hard to hook up..ect.??

If you are running INSANE horsepower then you need bigger fuel rails.

Otherwise the only gain that I know of is that the larger rail reduces injector-to-injector pressure-pulse interference (ie fuel presssure harmonics).

However, the stock rail has a harmonic damper to deal with this issue.

I use the stock rail FWIW with 75 lb/hr injectors at ~700 RWHP.

is there any benifit to using LQ4 rails instead of LS1? I have both, which should I put on my Fast 90?

I thought about getting some for the appearance mod also lol. They look so much better then stockers unless you get the stock ones polished or something.
