Default correct gears for optimized performance

i have a 1990 camaro that i've swapped a slightly modded ls1 in and i'd like a suggestion from guys who have optimized lightly modded cars. here's my mod list to date:

11:1 diamond pistons
212*/219* .558"/.563" 115+0 lsa
stock 241 heads
ls6 intake
SW longtube headers into a narly 4" single with a magnaflow
4l60e w/ Red Alto clutches and Kolene steels
PI Vig3600(both trans and converter are fresh and i won't consider anything without OD)

the car is a full bolt-on ls1 in a 3200lbs (with driver) car setup for street/strip. as has been my style for a while now, i want the car OPTIMIZED for the strip, and i'll just deal with any drivabililty issues. currently i have a 4.56 gear in a Moser 9" with a 28" tall drag radial.

give me some suggestions, as well as any stories/experiences. i know there are stock internal guys on this very message board that are into the 11's, i have a little more motor and i'd like to be in the mid 11's by the time it's all said and done and the tune is spot on.

based on what the SI and CAM ONLY guys are doing, i'm actually pretty close...i need to get a little more weight out of the car and it probably wouldn't hurt for more converter, but i'm not gonna do that right now...i'm broke, lol!
