I ask this because I noticed my u-joints have a small amount of back & forth movement. Thats with what I thought was good u-joints, Precision brand with the grease fittings. Not the kind they sell at autozone either. I just installed these last summer. So is there a better u-joint thats tight when you install them? I am sure this is causing the vibration I am getting.

I did a search on it when I got home(finally the search works again) & it looks like spicer is a good one. Will try to find some tomorrow.

I went to NAPA online last night. Their part # is the same as the Precision brand, PUJ 534G so I dont want that. Thats what I have now. After getting the Spicer part#5-153x online for my 2000 SS with aluminum driveshaft, I found a place that could order a set of these. I should have them tomorrow.
