Question How to do a solid rearend checkup (m9)

Hey guys, I bought my car with 56k miles and a moser 9" with detroit trutrack and 3.70 gears a year ago. I'm now knocking on 70kmiles door so im intrested in checking out the overall condition of the rearend to make sure everything is fine and dandy. So, couple questions

What rearend fluid / additive should I use when replacing the fluid?
Also what should I look for once i have the cover off?

FYI From what I can tell it's running fine, no rattles or clanks.

Thanks

3 1/3 quarts of non synthetic 80/90 weight gear lube is used, with the Truetrac no additive is needed. Since all appears to be fine as far as noises, etc, you should be good to go. Bob

Well which is it, a Moser 9" or a Moser M9?

You have both of them listed in your post...
