Help! can someone plese give me instructions please!!

I just bought an LT1 rearend and need to know how to take the axles out to chang the backing plates. Can some please give me instructions?

Use a 5/16" 12point socket to remove the support pin in the cross pin,then remove cross pin, push axles in , remove the 2 (C-clips) and the axles will pull right out.
