Default Moser 9" from LT1 car in a LS1 car?????

Just bought a Moser 9" from a 97 Z and want to put it in my 98 WS6 but I know I have to change some stuff? I already put my rear brakes up to the lt1 backing plates and they are smaller. What all do I need to do to swap the old 10 bolt backing plates on the 9"?
Also putting in a th400 and I am trying to find out what length driveshaft I need?
Thanks.

If you swapped over to LT1 brakes while you are at it, you have a lot more 15 inch wheels that will fit without having to grind the calipers. To use the LS1 brakes you will have to remove the axles and have the wheel bearings pressed off. You will then need new wheel bearings once you swap over the brake backing plates. I have step by step instructions at this link that should help you out. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=145

You can reuse your stock driveshaft by using a Napa 447 conversion u joint. The driveshaft should actually be one inch longer than what the oem one is, but most people can use it without having any problems. The only problem that can happen, and it is sort of rare, is to have a driveline vibration which happens with the one inch too short driveshaft. Bob
