I bought a used channel 4 off a m4 its a series 3. i have a channel 3 rear in my ta which is a series 3. i bought the channel 4 to put 410's in and throw it on the car and to save my good rear in case the channel 4 breaks. my problem now is that im reading that its real hard to make a channel 4 work on a channel 3 car. Am i screwed?

Try looking at the stickies.. I believe there is a guide on how to convert the rear from 3 to 4 channel and vice versa.

if i do it anyways with out moding the rear end what will happen just a abs light?

if you want to build a extra rear I Would just sell that 4 channel and get a 3 channel much easier and cheaper if you bought a stock rear to put gears in

delete the abs since it sucks on 3 channels.
