Loud noise coming from the rear end

Loud noise coming from the rear end I have a 94 trans am and its my everyday driver and a week ago it started to make a loud noise not like the usually whinning noise when your gears go bad bc i had that happen to me over a year ago that i replaced the whole rear end and have 373 gears in there. The noise sounds like when you have a bad tire or bubble tire, its not a constent noise when you start pulling off intill you go faster then it sounds like it gets faster like a bad tire but its not my tires they are all good. I heard it might be my u joints. But i need some help please.
