Solid spacer install

Ok so with the solid spacer as apposed to the crush spacer on a 10 bolt, do I just tighten the pinion nut down all the way?

You need to add/remove shims until you get the proper pinion bearing preload, then torque down the nut. It's better to start with more shims so you have less preload, then remove them as needed.
