Rearend change, now its whining! please help.

Rearend change, now its whining! please help. Ok guys I changed out my rearend the other day for one out of a 99 Z28. The rearend had 98,000 miles on it and looked fine. Now its whining,its really loud at 60 mph. I put synthetic back into it( 2 bottles). Is this the correct amount? I also put in a tube of treatment. I've only drove it 37 miles since the rearend change. I've worked my *** off on this and I'm really getting frustrated! Any info will be very helpfull. Thanks for your time.
