4ch axles in a 3ch rearend????
i've done a search can't find anything about what im wanting to do. So my car came factory with a 3ch rearend no tcs, i snapped an axles last week an all's i can find are 4ch axles (looking for used axles). My question is can i cut the reluctor wheels off the 4ch axles an use them in the 3ch rearend?????

I have put a 4ch axle in a friends car that was a 3 ch rear with the ring still on with no issues he ran it for 6-9 months until he bought a MWC 9. There was no need to remove the ring. We lined them up and they looked fine, we them slid it in and made sure everything cleared. I don't know if it was the best idea but it worked fine.

Like they said, the reluctor wheel will not be a problem. I am running a 3ch rear with 4ch axles. I broke my 4ch rear and got a 3ch for free, so I just popped in my 4ch axles and moved the sensors over to keep my TC.
