Default lt1 rear in ls1

i can get a good deal on a lt1 rear can i put it in my 2000 camaro just change the backing plates and put my brakes and rotors on?

Yes you can. Diminsionally speaking, all 10 bolts are the same. Maybe want to verify whether the donor is a 3 or 4 channel to match your car.

is your rear 3 channel or 4 channel ? Makes a difference, you cant just change backing plates if you have a 4 channel and the donor rear is a three channel and if you have a 3 channel and the donor is a 4 channel its much more work.
