i think if the info in our two posts was put in a sticky, the amount of threads titled "my gears whine" would cut in half. people dont realize that gears have to be ran exactly where they were broke in or they are pretty much worthless. they are not as strong because beleive it or not, when its setup off the pattern, your tooth to tooth contact area is actully cut in half if not more.
