C5 rear axle upgrades Hey guys I need some help... I have searched and found so many different opinions on trying to beef up the rear end in my C5 i've confused myself
Car is a 99 FRC, its only putting 450hp to the ground. I want to do a 3.73 ring and pinion and figured I'd look into upgrading what ever possible depending on cost. I have seen guys use the c6 rear craddle, control arms etc and run the C6 zr-1 diff, this is something that is too rich for my blood and would like to see if there is anything else that could be done.
Is there a way to upgrade my c5 diff housing? maybe C6 shafts or c6 Z06 internals?
