any ideas on what i broke? not sure if its tranny related or not so ill post here too
last night im crusing around 50 in 5th and i started to hear some noise from the tranny area. I try to shift into 6th but the clutch was hard as hell to push and also really hard to get into gear, something was obviously wrong as i was having bad throttle response too.
Later down I break something and my car comes to an immediate stop and i hear a grinding...seriously thought something fell out of my car and was scraping the ground. Got out and checked and nothing is hanging, i start the car in neutral and i cant put the car into ANY gear so im stuck on the highway...try to push the car off and it wont even budge unless we put a ton of force behind it, almost like it was in gear and we could hear the driveshaft clunkin as we moved the car.
