irs question Hey everyone, not sure if anyones done anything like this, but im considering a irs swap in my f body, and i'd like to use a rear mounted transmission as well, so i have a few questions:
Are there any companies that can make a custom length torque tube? im not sure how far off it would be in an f body. i guess if i was feeling risky i could always move the whole wheel well back a few inches. might make the car look goofy though.
would there be any weight savings?
and does anyone have any pictures of irs in an f body for inspiration? ive saw a few c4 setups, id just like to have pictures of anything to give me an idea of how everything is placed under there.

ps - i put this in the gears section cause it deals with the rear end... it could be considered suspension too though, so if im in the wrong place, please relocate this for me mods
