gear and drive shaft ?
What is a good set of gears for a 98 trans am to run on the street it has the stock gears in right now. I have a 230 cam .610/.610 and i'm putting a 3600 stall in, it has headers, y pipe. And how much of a differ between the stock and aluminum drive shaft I mean is it worth getting with my set up

With your cam and stall, I'd go with 4.11 gears unless you do a lot of highway driving. The factory 10 bolt will probably break before the factory driveshaft does, but the rear has a much better chance at surviving with your automatic transmission. I'd wait on a driveshaft swap until you replace the rear. Bob
