I have a 98 ss camaro wit about 129xxx miles for the past few months my rear end will make a somewhat howling noise, normally when im in 6th just cruising. Also when coming to a stop, I can let of the gas and it will make a tick noise...sooo It's gotta the be rear end. I would like to replace the gears with probably 3.73s and I would like to do it right, the gears bearings and whatever else. I'm normally a ford guy and I know pretty much nothing about camaros. So could anybody lead me in the right way of what brand to go with, where to find it at. I would highly appreciate it.
