Default possible bad wheel bearing

i have an 01 TA with 97k on the clock and i am hearing this noise coming from right rear. but its not constant, it pulsates and is speed sensitive. the faster i drive the faster it pulsates. its not real loud just annoying and i wanna fix it. you guys think it could be a wheel bearing? the car drives smooth with no vibrations or anything. let me know what you guys think

thanks
matt

i had the exact same symptoms when my wheels bearing went out on my old rear. it pulsated with a whooshing noise and the faster i went the quicker it got.

Sounds like a wheel bearing. You can swirve back and forth at highway speed also and see if the noise changes. If its the right side the noise should get quiter when turning to the right. It takes the wieght off of the bearing.
