Default Which length yoke do you use with the Moser 9" in the F-Body?

Ford offers two lengths of yoke. One is 3 1/4" and the long one an inch longer. Which is recommended for the Moser installation in a 98-02 F-body?
Thanks.

What length is the one you have on there now? Mine is an inch longer and that is what allows me to use my stock driveshaft. When I bought my rearend it had a standard one that wouldnt allow my ds to hook up. Oh and you have to buy the conversion U joint. You can find that by searching. I cant remember it off the top of my head. The yoke is 1350 and your factory ones are smaller. I hope this helps.

yeah, I have been running the shorter one. Just found out about the longer yoke. Sounds like a easier way to make up that inch lost to the conversion. Thanks for confirming that for me.

No problem. You can get the longer one off of ebay. It was like 100 bucks or something and its billet steel. I run it and I havent had any problems. It looks bad *** too.
