Depends on your tire circumference and your speed.

Damn that's low gears and with a TH400 not very good around 3000 or higher at 70 and if you don't have a quiet exhaust you might won't one after a long road trip.

3830 RPM's at 70 mph w/ 4.56 gears. Too much in other words.

get it, then swap the gears... still cheaper than a new one.

I've been running 4.56s' A4 for 3 years now, best street gear if you want that vicious acceleration, for the freeway I'm at true 3000rpm at true 72mph. Even took 3 trips to Florida from Cleveland with 4.56s'. The computer handled the mpg fine. With 3.23s' I was getting 24.5mpg,with the 4.56s' I get 21.5mpg. One of the return trips, hooked up with a fast moving group of cars on I26 in S.C. and I was in cruise control at 4000rpm for about an hour. The StainlessWorks catback chamberered/non-mufflered is listened to rather the radio/CD.
