Bad vibration

Bad vibration over the weekend i put in a 8.8 rear with a ladder bar set up its quiet as a mouse till about 40 mph. as soon as i hit 50-60 and let off the gas i get a terrible vibration if im on the gas it goes away. what could it be i measured the pinion angle its at -1 and i put my car on jackstands preloaded the suspension and ran it through the gears up to that speed and there was no noise or vibration.

It's at -1 compared to the shaft or compared to the level surface ?
It does sound like the angle is to far - as per the shafts angle since you experience this under drag
