3" or 3.5"... Aluminum or Chrome Moly?
Too many decisions... help me choose... Do I really need a 3.5" driveshaft?
Eventually I'd like a motor that makes around 600-650 at the crank (think 427)... and I don't want to have to buy another shaft.
Opinions?

Earlier today I ordered a Strange 3.5" chromemoly with Strange forged cm trans slip yoke and spicer solid u-joints from Carl at Central Racing Parts (vendor here)... He gave me a great deal and is a really nice guy to talk to... darn knowledgable as well.
I figure that the shaft w/forged yoke is gonna way stronger than I'll ever need... and that's the way I like it.
