Default Anyone run Yukon gears

I have a local offroad shop that sales Yukons. They said thats all the use. I have a set in my truck that do not make any noise that I setup myself. I have heard that GM used them from the factory as well. Anyone have them in a 7.5. I am going to send back the Motive 3.90,s and either get the GM or Yukon 4.10's. The local shop said they could have them tomorrow.

Those are the gears Midwest recommended when I ordered my rear from them. Eric said they are very good gears. I will know soon.

Default Yukon Gears

I have Yukon Gears(342), in my 2 series 7.5 10 bolt. They are as quiet as the factory. The motive performance 342's were very noisy, same shop installed both sets. I am very happy with the Yukons. The motives on the other hand, are another story.

Just got off the phone with Randys Ring and Pinion. They can’t guarantee that the Yukons will be quiet but they said they never get them sent back for being noisy. But they can guarantee the GM or AAM gears to be quiet. So I have a set of GM 4.10,s with a crush collar eliminator shim kit coming.
